Die UTC-Zeitplanung stiftete Verwirrung (08:00 UTC = 10:00 CEST) und die Ortszeit des Laufs verschob sich zur Zeitumstellung um eine Stunde. Jetzt an Europe/Berlin gepinnt – ganzjährig stabil und deckungsgleich mit dem, worüber wir reden.

README-Tabelle (Rhythmus/Snapshots) auf Ortszeit umgestellt. pytest → 82 passed (Timer werden nicht getestet, reine Deploy-Config).

Deploy vpn: git pull, die 4 .timer-Dateien nach /etc/systemd/system/, systemctl daemon-reload, systemctl restart der Timer. Kein Order-Pfad berührt.

UTC schedule confused the operator (08:00 UTC = 10:00 CEST) and the local run
time drifted an hour at the DST change. Pin to Europe/Berlin so the times are
stable year-round and match what we talk about:

- buy:            Mon 08:00 local
- dip-buy:        daily 09:00 local
- balance snapshot: 08:00 + 20:00 local
- price snapshot:  hourly (unchanged in effect)

README rhythm/snapshot rows updated to local time.
